Issued on November 24, 2022, Official Gazette issues Nos. 93-96/2022, introduce eight legal documents translated into English. They are:

- Circular No. 45/2022/TT-BTC of July 27, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 143/2015/TT-BTC of September 11, 2015, providing customs procedures for and management of automobiles and mopeds of subjects permitted to import or temporarily import these automobiles and mopeds not for commercial purposes;

- Decision No. 919/QD-TTg of August 1, 2022, approving the One Commune-One Product Program for the 2021-2025 period;

- Decree No. 51/2022/ND-CP of August 8, 2022, amending preferential import duty rates applicable to gasoline under Heading 27.10 of the Preferential Import Tariff according to the List of dutiable commodity items promulgated together with the Government’s Decree No. 57/2020/ND-CP of May 25, 2020, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 122/2016/ND-CP of September 1, 2016, on the Export Tariff, the Preferential Import Tariff and the List of commodity items and their specific duty rates, compound duty rates and out-of-quota import duty rates, and Decree No. 125/2017/ND-CP of November 16, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 122/2016/ND-CP;

- Decree No. 52/2022/ND-CP of August 8, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

- Circular No. 10/2022/TT-NHNN of July 29, 2022, guiding foreign exchange management for the issuance of bonds to the international market by enterprises not eligible for Government guarantee;

- Decision No. 977/QD-TTg of August 11, 2022, approving the Scheme on improvement of the law access capacity of the people;

- Decision No. 979/QD-TTg of August 12, 2022, approving the Scheme on pilot renovation of the evaluation of effectiveness of law dissemination and education;

- Resolution No. 104/NQ-CP of August 15, 2022, on the roadmap to increase the number of vaccines in the Expanded Immunization Program for the 2021-2030 period.- (VLLF)
