Released  on February 20, 2023, Official Gazette issues Nos. 125-129/2022, introduce three legal documents translated into English. They are:
                   
- Decree No. 96/2022/ND-CP of November 29, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
 
- Decree No. 98/2022/ND-CP of November 29, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice; and,
                                                                                                                   
- Decree No. 99/2022/ND-CP of November 30, 2022, on registration of security interests.- (VLLF)
