Released  on February 08, 2023, Official Gazette issues Nos. 121-124/2022, introduce ten legal documents translated into English. They are:
                   
- Circular No. 67/2022/TT-BTC of November 7, 2022, guiding tax obligations upon an enterprise’s allocation of income to, and use of, its Science and Technology Development Fund;
 
- Resolution No. 148/2022/ND-CP of November 11, 2022, promulgating the Government’s Program of Action for implementing the Political Bureau’s Resolution No. 06-NQ/TW of January 24, 2022, on planning, construction, management and sustainable development of Vietnamese urban centers up to 2030, with a vision toward 2045;
 
- Resolution No. 152/NQ-CP of November 15, 2022, promulgating the Government’s Program of Action to implement the Political Bureau’s Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW of October 6, 2022, on orientations for socio-economic development and national defense and security assurance in the Central Highlands region through 2030, with a vision toward 2045;
 
- Decree No. 95/NQ-CP of November 15, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
 
- Resolution No. 154/NQ-CP of November 23, 2022, promulgating the Government’s Program of Action to implement the Political Bureau’s Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW of October 7, 2022, on socio-economic development and national defense and security assurance in the Southeastern region through 2030, with a vision toward 2045;
 
- Decision No. 2125/QD-BTTTT of November 21, 2022, on adjustments to a number of HS codes on the Lists of potentially unsafe products and goods under the Ministry of Information and Communications’ management;
 
- Resolution No. 72/2022/QH15 of November 15, 2022, on pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province;
 
- Decision No. 1479/QD-TTg of November 29, 2022, approving the Plans on reorganization of state enterprises and enterprises with state capital in the 2022-2025 period;
