Issued  on December 26, 2022, Official Gazette issues Nos. 101-104/2022, introduce seven legal documents translated into English. They are:
                   
- Decree No. 59/2022/ND-CP of September 5, 2022, on electronic identification and authentication;
 
- Decree No. 60/2022/ND-CP of September 8, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Vietnam Television;
 
- Circular No. 22/2022/TT-BGTVT of August 31, 2022, guiding a number of contents in prefeasibility study reports and feasibility study reports of investment projects in the form of public-private partnership, and build-operate-transfer contracts in the transport sector;
 
- Consolidated Text No. 02/VBHN-TANDTC of September 7, 2022, of the Resolution guiding the application of Article 65 of the Penal Code regarding suspended sentence;
 
- Decree No. 62/2022/ND-CP of September 12, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
 
- Decree No. 63/2022/ND-CP of September 12, 2022, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs; and,
 
- Decision No. 1079/QD-TTg of September 14, 2022, approving the Scheme on communications about human rights in Vietnam.- (VLLF)
